So we are having trouble with sending MIDI commands from our Ion (running Dec '17 software update) to QLab4 to trigger projection cues from the light board. We've set everything on the Ion according to the EOS Family Show Control manual and everything in QLab according to QLab4 manual but with no luck. I feel like whatever we are missing is something stupid-simple. Setup is currently: Ion MIDI Out > MIDI Interface > Mac Mini running QLab.
