I install DiskA for battery and it will not let me go any further. No I've called Native Instruments multiple times Anna told them the problem no help whatsoever just rude comments basically saying why can't you figure this out. No I'm in the middle of a project I need to get done I need for this to work can anyone help. Is there a video of step by step how to load komplete 8 fully. I disabled all my anti safety wear for my PC windows 7 desktop and it still does not work.

I don't believe that any version of Komplete was ever available for download from NI. Updates to separate programs - yes.

It's been a while since I did a Komplete install so I forget where exactly it asks for the package serial number. I also have a hard time believing he got the response he said he got from NI.
