Hitachi Touro Mobile 30 Driver Download

I have a hitachi touro promobile 500gb, I havent used it in a big while, maybe more than a year. Now when I plug it into my new laptop with windows 10, nothing happens, other times it shows the disk. But the system does not respond.A few days ago I tried to back up some pics there and it started transferring but half way through it stopped and became non responsive again.

I dont find any software in my laptop, and I am not sure where to go to download some if it is even an option.
